Inspired by collaboration during a knitting workshop at Haystack School of Crafts in Deer Isle Maine, this site exists to document the journey of learning one knot a day, for some-a knot a week...for others-a knot once and a while...we're knot gonna be too strict about it! (Couldn't resist:)...
Thanks for marching forward with the knots. "Hitched overhand locking knot" is stunning. Will practice it tomorrow.
ReplyDeletewait wait... I understand the first image... but how did you get the second? I demand diagrams! :0)
ReplyDeleteKnotters,
ReplyDeleteYes, a diagram of the HOL knot would be so handy. I have looked in my books and cannot find it anywhere.
And re-reading Ahab's Wife and there are many knitting, knotting allusions.
Cheers
